AS A REGISTERED CUSTOMER, YOU CAN TRACK THE LOCATION OF YOUR PACKAGES AT ANY TIME!

1- Go to "My Account" > "Orders"
2- open the order in question and under "Parcel tracking" look for your package tracking number
3- Please enter this package tracking number under this DHL link:
4- https://www.dhl .de/de/privatkunden/dhl-sendungs Tracking.html

The location of the package is displayed!

HOW CAN I PAY SUBSEQUENTLY VIA PAYPAL?

1- Go to My Account > "Orders"
1- Visit paypal.com and go to Send & Request
2- Enter the recipient's email address: paypal@fairvital .com
3- Enter the amount, choose the currency, add your name and the order number if you have one, then click Next.
4- Choose how you want to pay and click Next.
5- Review the information and click Send payment now.

HOW CAN I REPEAT AN ORDER?

Go to My Account > "Orders" > top right "..." > "Repeat order"

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Go to My Account > "Orders" > top right "..." > "Cancel order"

As long as your order has not yet been processed, you can cancel it yourself. If your order is already being processed, cancellation is only possible by telephone.

CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?

Yes of course! You can find your country's hotline number at the bottom of the page.

Answer: As a registered customer, you can check the location of your packages at any time track! Here's how:
Go to "My Account" > "Orders".
Open the relevant order and find your package tracking number under "Package tracking".

DHL tracking.
Enter your tracking number.
The location of your package is displayed!

Question: Where can I find my recent orders?
Answer: You can find your recent orders under "My Account" > "Orders".

Question: How can I pay later via PayPal?
Answer: You can simply pay via PayPal. Here's how it works:
Visit paypal.com and go to Send & Request.
Enter the email address of the recipient: info@fair-pure.com.
Enter the amount, choose the currency, add your name and order number (if you have one), then click Next.
Select your preferred payment method and click "Continue".
Review the information and click "Pay now send".

Question: How can I repeat an order? 
Answer: You can place a Repeat order easily. Follow these steps:
Go to "My Account" > "Orders".
Click on "..." in the upper right corner and select "Repeat order".

Question: How do I cancel an order?
Answer: You can cancel an order as long as it is not yet processed. Here's how:

Go to "My Account" > "Orders".
Click on "..." in the upper right corner and select "Cancel order".
Please note that cancellation is only possible by telephone if your order is already being processed.
