Red yeast rice 600mg fermented, 90 capsules, Monascus purpureus

Red yeast rice is the end product of a natural fermentation process. Polished white rice is washed, cooked and inoculated with mould cultures of the genus Monascus purpureus. In addition to the red colour pigments produced during fermentation, red yeast rice also contains flavonoids, unsaturated fatty acids, amino acids and the important substance group of natural monacolins, in particular monacolin K.

Red yeast rice capsules by Fair & Pure are vegan, gluten-free, lactose- and fructose-free as well as free from magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, colourings, flavourings and stabilisers.
