einzelne B- Vitamine
Gutes Einzelnes vitamin. Bei zusammenstellungen mehrerer B-Vitamine (B vitaminkomplex) sind oft nicht erwünschte Bestandteile drin (Trennmittel, billige minderwertige schlecht aufnehmbare Folsäure anstatt gutem Folat, unnütze Benzoesäure und vieles mehr). Besser so wie hier ist es nur den Wirkstoff mit Cellulose zu haben. B6 hilft auch (mit anderen Vitaminen) bei trockener Haut und trockenen Augen, unterstützt histaminabbau, Eiweißstoffwechsel usw. Die Dosierung hier kann auch für längere Dauer eingesetzt werden. Damit B6 akiviert wird benötigt es B2 (Riboflavin), ich z.B. habe einfaches Riboflavin als Pulver (ca. 20mg auf den joghurt und passt)
Ach ja, auch das B6 mit Phosphat kann nicht direkt verwertet werden (das phosphat wird zunächst abgespalten); dieses hat somit keinen Mehrwert.
