This dietary supplement from Fair & Pure contains 500 mg of royal jelly per capsule. The royal jelly extract is standardized to 4% 10-HDA.
10-HDA (10-hydroxydecenoic acid) is a free fatty acid that is very rare in nature but is found in high concentrations in royal jelly. Unlike most fatty acids of animal and plant origin, the fatty acids in royal jelly are short-chain acids (8 to 10 carbon atoms).
The royal jelly from Fair & Pure has been gently freeze-dried.
